Select parts supplied by ARMYTRIX are for off-road or racing use only, not for public lands and roads. Risks associated with installation or use of these performance modifications are not held by armytrixbaltic.com, this includes any mechanical or electrical failure.
If You contact us about a product then we will notify You of the product availability and expected shipping time. If You choose to cancel Your order before the product is shipped, we will cancel Your order and refund You the full amount including previously quoted shipping costs. ARMYTRIX exhausts are special order items specifically catered to fit Your vehicle therefore it will not be classified as a cancelled order but a return after the product has already been shipped from our supplier. Items found defective due to manufacturing or fitment will be eligible for refund if the cause of failure has been determined by manufacturer. Unwanted items which have no signs of use or any defects can be returned in original packaging within 14 days after acquisition but a 50% restocking fee will apply. Original packaging needs to be in good condition and products well packed - any products damaged while shipping will not be accepted as returns. Shipping will not be refunded in any case.
If You have installed the product, modified or damaged it in any way, we will not be able to accept it as a return or refund any costs related to the product or work included during installation.
All products supplied by ARMYTRIX have a warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Warranty policies will be accessible below.

In case You received a damaged shipment, defective product or the product is unwanted without any manufacturers submitted cause then please fill the Return Form within 24 hours of receiving product and we will further contact You to find an resolution.
Keep in mind that the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original accessories.
DO NOT send the package back to return address without contacting us and receiving an written approval.
